New Customers. If you are a new customer and want to make and order online, you CAN. However we are a wholesale company therefore we don't have an online payment system, on our web site you can only make an order and send it to us using our cart system. When we recieve your order in the form of e-mail, we'll confirm it with you via e-mail or telephone. Only after that you will get all the further details concerning shipment and payment.The shipment will normally be carried out by our export department, however if you wish to use your own agent it is also possible. Choosing us to do the shipping will ensure you that you get a reasonable price and good conditions. For more information please contact us.
Payment. As mentioned above, payment will NOT be made through the internet. We only use bank transfers as we are a wholesale company. Therefore once you confirmed your order, an e-mail will be sent to us and only after we check it, we will send all the payment details to your e-mail address. Then after we have recieved the downpayment of 30% from you, the order will be shipped.
